Couple or Family Therapy
Let’s work together to create the connection you desire in your relationship. As an IMAGO certified marriage and family therapist, I help couples and families find—or restore—the closeness and understanding that may be missing. Through collaborative conversation in a welcoming space, we’ll explore ways to communicate better and resolve conflicts that might feel overwhelming right now.
With offices in both West Plano and Westlake, I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to fit your schedule. Whether you’re navigating daily relationship challenges, seeking couples therapy or marriage counseling, looking for help with family therapy, or facing a crucial turning point in your life together, therapy can help you move toward meaningful change—and it starts with a conversation.
Initial Phone Consult
15-20 Minutes: Let’s begin by discussing your concerns, whether it’s relationship challenges, marital conflict, or family dynamics, and go from there. This brief call helps us get acquainted so I can better understand your goals and how I can support you.
50 Minute Couple or Family In-Person
Imagine feeling free to say what’s on your mind, to talk about circumstances that feel overwhelming in a place where there is no judgment. We can explore communication styles, rebuild trust, and uncover healthier ways to manage anxiety, depression, anger, or feeling unheard. This is the essence of couples counseling or family counseling, it’s about possibilities and about feeling better.
80 Minute Couple or Family In-Person
Sometimes a 50-minute session feels like we’re just getting started, especially in marriage counseling or family therapy when there’s a lot to unpack. In these longer sessions, we can dive deeper into the root causes of conflict, establish new ways to communicate, and ensure everyone feels heard.
110 Minute Couple or Family In-Person
If you’re in the midst of exploring a very difficult issue—such as trauma, infidelity, or major life transitions—a two-hour session may be a better fit. For some, meeting every other week for a longer session is also more productive when balancing busy schedules or multiple family concerns.
